SHIPPING POLICY

Shipment Processing Time

Sharmbella® services of Australia Post.


All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.  Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays


If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.  Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.


Peak Periods


Due to a heavy volume of mail at Christmastime, please allow a few extra days in this regard.


If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation

email from Sharmbella® once your order has been shipped, along with the tracking number of your parcel.


Please make arrangements to be available at the time your parcel is due for delivery. Signature of receipt is required.


Sharmbella® will not be responsible for missed deliveries and extra costs associated in this regard.  Please note any shipping concerns regarding your parcel's tracking should be taken up with Australia Post.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

www.sharmbella.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Returns Policy

As a duty of care to our customers, and due to the nature of the product i.e. a hat, for hygiene purposes we are unable to launder nor resell returned products.  Sharmbella® has a NO RETURN Policy for change of mind. Please choose wisely before making your purchase in this regard.  Free shipping is not applicable.


For this reason, we carefully inspect each and every hat before it leaves our premises.  They are sent insured post and require a signature upon their receipt.


If your product is received damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim with the carrier concerned.
